1. General Information All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in all 50 states of the United States. Any shipments outside of the U.S. are not available at this time.

3. Delivery Time An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [number of business days] business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Returns and Exchanges:

Any customer wishing to make a return or exchange an item is responsible for shipping the product back to Beaten Path Co. We will gladly accept returns on unused and unwashed products within 30 days of purchase. Please note, the cost of shipping will not be included in your refund. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or Be The Change products. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.

How to return:

Return your item(s) by using your own carrier, such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.  Before returning your Beaten Path Co product(s) you must notify us about the return via: Beatenpathsup@gmail.com. Please include a note inside your package including your name, order number, and write "return".

All items sent from Beaten Path Co headquarters have already been thoroughly inspected by our staff. If an item is returned to us stained or damaged, you will not receive a refund.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are handled as returns. Once we've received your item(s), you will receive a refund on the item to the card used to purchase the item(s). Next, you can shop on our site for the item(s) you are interested in exchanging for. 

Insufficient address:

In the case of an insufficient address, due to a customer error when entering their shipping address, the package will be returned to sender by our shipping provider. Please note, this will be handled as a return and you will receive a full refund minus the shipping charge.
